Notice of Special General Meeting

As part of out Annual General Meeting, there will also be a Special General Meeting on Tuesday 26th November at 5.30pm at Castlemilk Citizens Advice Bureau, 27 Dougrie Drive, G45 9AD.
The purpose of this meeting is to complete the formal process of converting the legal status of the CAB from an Unincorporated Association to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Association (SCIO) – to wind up Castlemilk Citizens Advice Centre (SC001279) and transfer all assets and liabilities to Castlemilk Citizens Advice Bureau (SC051787).
